Sleep Help

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always wanted to be a nurse.  My mom and aunt were both nurses, and I wanted to follow in their footsteps.  Fortunately I was able to graduate from college a few years ago with my BSN, and I was well on my way to making my childhood dream a reality.    

Who else needs more sleep?

Nursing is such a challenging, but rewarding, profession!  It feels so great to be able to help people and make a good living while doing it.  There is one downside, though.  Since I was the new kid on the block at the hospital where I got hired, I got stuck working the night shift.    This means that I have the challenge of trying to sleep during the daytime, which for me is easier said than done. 

I tried blackout curtains, a sleep mask, and ear plugs.  I still couldn’t get enough rest.  I had such a problem falling and staying asleep.  I knew that I needed to do something, but I didn’t want to use prescription sleep aids.    I finally found Restmore, which is a blend of vitamins, minerals, and herbs.  I take it with a glass of water and in about 30 minutes, I can feel myself getting tired.  TRY IT HERE

That’s when I head off to bed, where I still make use of those curtains, mask, and ear plugs.  Before I even realize it, I’ve drifted off to a deep sleep.    When I finally do wake up, I feel well-rested and ready for a night with my patients.  I’m so glad that I’m finally able to get some much-needed sleep.  Now I’m just waiting for a spot to open up on the day shift, but in the meantime, I’ll keep using my Restmore!
