Well Dr. Gilmore here it is. I have to say it took about 3 days to work but WOW! Before taking Meta 7, I could just close my eyes n sleep, at work of course. Ha. Now I’m ready to rock n roll. I feel great. No need to rest. I guess that’s what normal is. I did stay up later at night. Which is different for me. I would go bvb to sleep as early as 6pm. Now more like 8 or 9. I’m up around 4:30 am. On my feet all day. I do have degenerative osteoarthritis. But I’m like a timex watch now or a everready battery. I’m 59 years young. So glad I finally tried this. Btw, I work 2 jobs not by choice, and can say it helps so much.
